2. Hosting

This website is hosted on our own server in Germany. When you visit, the server records technical information automatically transmitted by your browser in server log files:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referring URL
  • Host name of the accessing device
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not combined with other data sources. Collection is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a technically reliable and secure website.

3. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we store the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and enquiry, to handle your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in handling enquiries. Data is deleted when it is no longer needed for that purpose, unless statutory retention requirements apply.

The public product website does not embed payment providers, Telegram chats or customer mailboxes. Data processing and account connections for the future assistance service will be explained separately before setup. This notice covers visits to the public website, not processing inside a personal assistant account.

4. Optional website analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics”, we use Umami on our own server in Germany. Only then do we record pages visited and their language, referring domains, browser and device categories, clicks on contact options and time spent with the page visible and the browser window active. For enquiry forms, we count steps such as starting and preparing a draft. Field contents, preferred addresses, email text and URL parameters are not included. There are no session recordings.

Umami processes the technically transmitted IP address and browser characteristics to create temporary visit identifiers and approximate geographic information. The IP address itself is not stored in the Umami database. These identifiers do not reliably count individual people across multiple days. They are not linked to customer accounts or mailbox data.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can turn measurement off at any time using “Analytics settings” at the bottom of the page. The website works without consent too. “Do Not Track” and “Global Privacy Control” are respected.

We do not use cookies for this. Your choice is kept in local browser storage for 180 days so that we can respect it on later visits. Storing this privacy preference implements your choice under Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Recorded analytics data is deleted after 90 days during the next automatic cleanup, no later than 93 days.

Analysis helps make content clearer and contact options easier to use. Clicking an email link does not prove that an email was sent. A prepared draft is not a received enquiry. Analytics includes only consenting visits and may be incomplete because of browser filters.

5. Fonts

Fonts are served locally from our own web server. No external fonts are loaded from Google Fonts or similar services.

6. Recipients and processors

Personal data is shared with third parties only where necessary to perform a contract or meet a legal obligation. We use processors where needed to operate the website, for example for server hosting.

7. Transfers to third countries

This public website does not embed external fonts or tracking services that trigger a transfer to a third country when a page is loaded.

8. Data security

The website uses TLS encryption, indicated by “https://” in the address bar. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against manipulation, loss, destruction and unauthorised access (Article 32 GDPR).

9. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access (Article 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification (Article 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure (Article 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Article 20 GDPR)
  • Objection (Article 21 GDPR)

If you believe the processing of your data breaches data protection law, you may complain to a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR). The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.
