Partner programme

Draft before sales begin. Sales remain closed; ordering is currently not possible. The following texts describe the intended contract terms once sales begin and do not confirm that ordering, cancellation, withdrawal or commission processes are already available. Automatic AI handling of new support cases remains blocked until the provider connection has been verified.

The partner programme starts with the store opening. There is no commission calculation or payout before; the payout route will be checked and announced separately before the start.

The contract language is German. This complete translation is for information; the German version remains binding.

1. How it works

1.1 Referrers receive commission from the paid website contracts of customers whom they have referred directly. Attribution takes place on the server through the referrer’s Berlzop sign-up link; it is then immutable.

1.2 Referrers and referred customers remain separate accounts. A referrer receives no access to the content or data of their referred customers.

2. Commission

2.1 The commission is 20 percent of the net amount for each paid month of the referred customer, for a maximum of twelve paid months. The programme has a single tier: only directly referred customers count; there is no multi-level referral scheme (§ 16(2) UWG).

2.2 A paid month is a contractual period that has been invoiced and actually paid under the Terms and Conditions. Unpaid months do not extend the twelve-month limit.

2.3 Commission is first recorded as a credit in the partner account. Payout is made from a credit balance of €50, no earlier than after the withdrawal period for the relevant month has expired and only while there is no pending chargeback.

2.4 If a month’s payment is charged back or cancelled, the commission for that month no longer applies. Amounts already paid out for months whose payments are subsequently charged back are offset against future credits.

3. Advertising rights and limits

3.1 Advertising uses the links and information provided by Berlzop. Unsolicited mass advertising emails (spam) are prohibited; the referrer complies with the rules of the UWG and GDPR.

3.2 Berlzop’s operator receives no self-referral commission: contracts that Berlzop enters into itself do not count as referred contracts.

3.3 Berlzop may block the partner account following prior notice in the event of misuse or legal violations; commission already earned and payable from that account remains unaffected.

4. Taxes

4.1 Commission may be subject to VAT; the referrer is responsible for its tax treatment.

5. Changes

5.1 Changes to these terms are announced in advance by email; ongoing commission from customers already referred continues to be governed by the version in force when they placed their order, unless otherwise agreed.
